Payment & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Booking Policy: Please note that all bookings are nonrefundable. Payments are final, and no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued following booking confirmation, regardless of the reason. These terms are not subject to change in cases of unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, flight cancellations, war, terrorism, injury or death, natural disasters. If, however, the retreat must be canceled by Agnes Cecile due to uncontrollable or force majeure circumstances, participants will be promptly informed and issued a full refund.

Modifications: While we recognize that unexpected situations may arise, our nonrefundable policy also applies to any booking modifications. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be adjusted, and no refunds or credits will be offered for any changes.

Liability Waiver: By participating in the painting retreat, you waive, release, and discharge any claims or damages for personal injury, death, or property damage that may arise as a result of your participation, except in cases of sole negligence or intentional actions by Agnes Cecile. This release serves to indemnify Agnes Cecile from liability connected to your retreat participation.
